EasyVisa was built on a simple idea: South Africans deserve clear prices and honest answers when they apply for a visa. We're part of a document-legalisation business that's been doing this work for years.
Who we are
EasyVisa is a trading brand of Easy Services Group (Pty) Ltd, founded by Italo Olivier and based at The Campus, Cnr Sloane & Main, Bryanston, Johannesburg. Easy Services Group already handles apostilles, document procurement and legalisation for South Africans emigrating, studying and working abroad. EasyVisa extends that into the visa application itself.
Because the visa and the documents that support it sit under one roof, your birth certificate apostille, police clearance or sworn translation can be handled alongside the application — no chasing several suppliers.
What we do
We facilitate outbound visa applications — South Africans travelling abroad. We complete forms, draft supporting letters, legalise documents, book appointments, assemble document packs and track applications to the decision. We handle three tiers of work: simple e-visas, biometric visas, and the document-and-clerical side of work / study / residency cases.
How we're different
The South African visa market runs on quote-only pricing and packages that often start north of R11,000, with the government fee bundled in. We publish our service fees, and we keep the government fee separate so you pay the authority directly and can see exactly what you're paying for. See our pricing →
Our compliance posture
We're careful about the line between clerical facilitation and regulated immigration advice:
- We never guarantee a visa. The embassy or consulate makes the final decision. We make your application complete, correct and on time.
- We don't give immigration advice. Deciding which work or residency route is right for you is regulated work. We refer that to a licensed immigration adviser (IAA / RCIC / MARA) and focus on the clerical and document side.
- We're outbound only. We help South Africans travel abroad. We don't handle immigration into South Africa.
- No VAT is added. Easy Services Group is registered for Income Tax only, so the price you see is the final price.
